TEACHER SPOTLIGHT- MS. KRISTA!

Ms. Krista has been a part of TCCC for a year and half now.  She came to us with other 20 years experience in childcare and a huge love for children and especially infants.  Ms. Krista works in our infant room and spoils the babies each and every day!

Ms. Krista lived and grew up in both Chicago and Birmingham.  She comes from a close family.  She is the only girl and has three brothers who she remains close to.  She is also very close to her father.  He is her hero!  She has three daughters but only one young enough to still be at home.  Lydia is a sweet smart girl who loves people, movies, art, God and so much more.

Ms. Krista loves to read to the infants and to play with them during free play on the mats.  She also loves to cuddle and spoil them but who doesn't?  She got into childcare because she has always loved children.  She knows the importance of passing on love and knowledge at an early age and loves to be part of it with these little ones.  If Ms. Krista was not in childcare she would work with animals, most likely rescue animals.  She has a strong love and passion for all animals.  We are thankful to have Ms. Krista has part of our team!

What helps Ms. Krista if she is having a rough day?  She takes a little time out and prays.  She has a strong faith that guides her through each day.  If she has had a rough day at work, all it takes is a thank you from a parent or another staff member to lift her spirits.  She enjoys the appreciation she feels at TCCC from the board and the parents.
