Lacey – There was a guy walking down the street wearing a black leather skirt over a pair of jeans.

Leigh – I see a lot of weird stuff daily. Last week I saw a dude stealing from Walmart. He got busted. It was amazing. I felt like I was in a real life episode of COPS.
